We approached Activate Property (Baker Real Estate) in June 2012 to manage our property in inner suburban Adelaide. Within 2 days they had found a tenant.

Initially, we were only going to rent for 12 months, but plans changed and we have now used Activate for 4 years. In that time we have been very impressed by the professionalism of all company members that we have dealt with. The communication and documentation provided over that time has also been excellent.

Any maintenance problems at the property were dealt with very quickly and professionally by companies and individuals they have engaged on our behalf.

Major damage caused by a water incursion was handled exceptionally well. Very quick action to contact and engage building professionals, the handling of all the communication and negotiations with the insurance company and managing contact and compensation arrangements with our tenant, gave us great peace of mind.
